Deal or Dud?

I'm considering getting tickets to the Eagles' November show at the American Airlines Center, so I thout I would price check tonight. Do these seats look like they should cost 175 bucks a pop?! (And they are supposedly the best seating andpricing available at the moment.) Deal or dud?
